From the watch

Open a FIT file straight from the watch. Works offline; it is uploaded the next time you are online.
How to get the file from the watch onto the phone
  1. On the Instinct 2: Settings › System › USB Mode › Mass Storage (one-time).
  2. Connect the watch cable to the iPhone: USB-C iPhones with a USB-A → USB-C adapter; Lightning iPhones with Apple's “Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter”, powered if the watch is not recognised.
  3. Tap “Choose files” below, open the watch in the Files app (Browse › Locations) and pick GARMIN/Activity/ → the newest .fit file.

Add tourview to the home screen once while online (Share › Add to Home Screen) so this page opens without a connection.
